What is Acadrix?
Acadrix is a cloud-based Education Management System that helps schools, colleges, and universities manage their entire institution — from student enrollment and attendance to LMS, fee collection, and analytics.
Who is Acadrix designed for?
Acadrix is designed for institutions of all sizes — from small primary schools with 50 students to large multi-campus universities with 50,000+ students. Our plans scale accordingly.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full-access trial on any plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose to subscribe or your account is paused (your data is retained for 30 days).
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs?
Yes. Non-profits, government schools, and early-stage institutions can apply for a 30–50% discount. Contact us at billing@Acadrix.com with proof of status.
Does Acadrix work offline?
The mobile app supports offline mode for attendance and grade viewing. Full dashboard features require an internet connection.
Can I import data from my existing system?
Yes. We support CSV and Excel imports for students, staff, courses, and historical records. Our import wizard validates and maps your data automatically.
Is there a public API?
Yes — Professional and Enterprise plans include full REST API access with OpenAPI documentation. All endpoints use OAuth2 authentication.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are hosted on AWS with SOC2 compliance and run quarterly third-party penetration tests.
Where is data stored?
By default on AWS US-East. Enterprise plans can opt for regional data residency (EU, Asia-Pacific, or on-premises).
What support options are available?
Starter: email support (business hours). Professional: 24/7 priority chat and email. Enterprise: dedicated account manager and phone support.
Do you offer training?
All plans include access to our video library and documentation. Professional and Enterprise plans include live onboarding sessions.
