No refunds for the current billing period. Cancel to stop future charges.

30-day money-back guarantee. Pro-rated refund after 30 days.
Free Trial
Acadrix offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything. The trial automatically converts to a paid plan only if you add payment details and explicitly confirm the subscription.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• No partial-month refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused days in a billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Downgrade: Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. No credit for the difference.
• Upgrade: When upgrading, you are charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans come with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact support@acadrix.cloud
• After 30 days: We offer a pro-rated refund for the unused months, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Partial year: Calculated as: (months remaining ÷ 12) × annual price × 90%
• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: add-on purchases, custom development or professional services, transaction fees already processed by payment processors, and accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
Exceptional Circumstances
We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for: significant unplanned service outages (>24 hours), billing errors made by our system, or duplicate charges. Please contact support@Acadrix.cloud within 60 days of the charge.
How to Request a Refund

2. Include your registered email, account ID, and reason for the refund
3. We will respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
