License Agreement

Acadrix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Acadrix platform solely for managing your educational institution. This license is valid only during an active paid subscription or free trial period. The license is granted per-institution; each institution requires its own license.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

• Sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the license to any third party

• Use the software to build a competing product

• Exceed the user limits defined in your subscription plan

You may: access the platform from multiple authorized devices within your institution, allow licensed users (administrators, teachers, students) to access the platform, use all features included in your subscription tier, and integrate the platform with third-party tools via our official API within the API usage limits of your plan.

The Acadrix platform, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and content, is and remains the exclusive property of Acadrix and its licensors. This license does not convey any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Acadrix.

Acadrix may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. For paid plans, we will not remove material features without 30 days advance notice. We reserve the right to release new versions and require migration to maintain support.

This license is effective from your registration date and continues until terminated. It automatically terminates if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform. Your data export rights survive for 30 days following termination.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ORIBYTE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
